This means that basically everything goes about 50% faster, including timers. The FPS increase from 20 to 30 is an increase of 50%.
OCARINA OF TIME DOLPHIN VR SETTINGS CODE
The code is made so that each ten second on the timer will result in five additional seconds, up to a maximum of 3 minutes (will result result up to a maximum of 4:30 minutes). So 2:40 minutes will roughly become 4:00 minutes. The key difference is that additional time isn't being added after every two seconds, but rather all added at once when the timer is setting itself up. First, the code should only work (or be of any use) when the timer is counting down, not when it is counting up. In Majora's Mask this will work a bit differently. In Ocarina of Time the equivalent code works by adding or decreasing one second every two seconds on the timer while it's running.

For each 10 in-game seconds on the counter, add 5 additional secondsÄ 0003FC0 00000002 // Keep the internal tracker at 2 $Ocarina of Time -> 30 FPS Switch (Part 3) (AR Code) (PZLE01) $Master Quest -> 30 FPS Switch (Part 3) (AR Code) (D43E01) $Ocarina of Time -> 30 FPS Switch (Part 3) (AR Code) (D43E01) Is it missing in Ocarina of Time or Majora's Mask? I look into it then with my next batch of coding updates. (08-06-2019, 06:51 AM)Malkierian Wrote: Also, the infinite max ammo code you gave me earlier doesn't include the magic beans. Toggling back to 20 FPS with the built-in toggle button does reset the necessary values. But most values will properly reset whenever you open the Pause Menu or enter a different area's. You probably shouldn't disable the codes since it might not cause certain values to properly reset. Just press the D-Pad Up button on the emulated GameCube controller instead to toggle between 20 FPS and 30 FPS on the fly. You don't need to disable the codes if you want to go back to 20 FPS. I might be able to let the game automatically revert back to 20 FPS during problematic cases, but that won't work just yet for Majora's Mask clock timers, since as I mentioned wasn't able to find those. I also fixed the height at which you are launched from Deku Flowers, so that you won't example bump into the ceiling which causes you to drop too during during Woodfall Temple. I recently added fixes to Ocarina of Time and Majora's to keep the game running at 30 FPS when entering doors, opening chests, going up staircases into a different room and switching areas. It will be practically impossible to keep the whole game running at 30 FPS constantly. Some things will need to be done at 20 FPS. The Deku Stick uses a static RAM addresses and thus always uses the same RAM address for the amount of time it is burning, making it an easy fix. The issue is that each bomb is assigned to a different RAM address whenever you enter a different area, making it possible to simply adjust it.

There simply isn't a fix for increasing the fuse timer of bombs and bomchus. Sadly, this wasn't possible for Majora's Mask. I did adjust the clock timer from running too fast for all Ocarina of Time versions which are part of the 30 FPS Switch (Part 3) AR Code. And among other causes makes most minigames at nightmare in 30 FPS, especially with the clock timer counting too fast. I am aware bombs won't work as properly as intended in 30 FPS. Toggling it off makes it work just fine (and it seems to be just the fact that it's running at 30 FPS, as disabling the Part 2 and Part 3 AR codes doesn't affect it). It's actually impossible to win some of the Bombchu Bowling Alley rounds sometimes because of goal placement while the game is running at 30 FPS. The 30 FPS codes, somehow, end up significantly shortening the bomb fuses, specifically your personal bombs and bombchus (bomb flowers still seem to last as long as they should).
